Came in today for icecream, it seemed as if the place was closed, there was no one in FOH, after we came in two girls came from BOH and they just kept talking as if we weren’t in the store. The lobby was a mess as the tables needed cleaning. We were still ordering and one of the girls was very impatient, she kept on telling us to come pay, I said to her we are still ordering and she still continued to pester us, so we ended up paying for what we already got… overall was a bad experience for us.

Really disappointed with my experience at Ben & Jerry’s today (April 19, 2026). I ordered one scoop in a cone and got the tiniest scoop sitting in a huge cone—it honestly looked almost empty. I’ve worked at an ice cream shop before, and what I was given would’ve never been considered acceptable in terms of portion or presentation. There were two teen girls working, and the service just didn’t match the standard I expected. Definitely not worth it.
I wish I could leave zero stars. I cannot believe how rude the woman helping me was. She was completely nasty and should not be employed here. I thought this company was about peace and love not spreading hate.

I wanted to clarify the reason behind my one-star review. The main issue was the pricing relative to what was offered. I visited with my daughter, and a single scoop in a standard cone cost over $8. At that price point, it felt excessive for the portion size, to the extent that I chose not to purchase anything for myself.
What made the experience worse was being directly asked for a tip at the end. When a single scoop already approaches $10, being prompted for an additional tip feels unreasonable and out of place.
I understand that prices can vary, but the overall experience did not match the value expected, which is why I left the rating.
