  Consistently THE WORST McDonalds location EVER. The 3 or 4 times a year I drive through town and visit this location, it always takes between 10 to 20 minutes to go through the drive-through, even if you ordered 20 minutes ahead on the app. This is a slow food location. If you want fast food, go to Subway across the street.

  Terrible. Service was non-existent, 1 out of kiosks operational. Staff was horrendous, the shift leader was belligerent (at best) towards my wife when she inquired about our meal after 20 minutes. This is a WARNING. Do not waste your money or time at this franchise.

  I walked up to the counter to order food and woman said the cash registers were not working, I had to use the kiosks. The first kiosk was also not working so I went to the next one. While at this kiosk a lady walked in, the customer was greeted by the lady at the counter, they called each other by first name and the employee took her order at the cash register, the same one I was just told was not working 15 seconds before. I don't mind employees being incompetent, but it's another thing to lie to customers.

  There was one vehicle in front of me they had to wait 10 minutes before they got the order at least that's how long I noticed I had to wait 12 minutes for a burger and a fish. There was nobody inside there was another vehicle that pulled up behind me so I saw three customers and it was a 12 minute wait
