She always is super friendly and has a smile she actually has a conversation with me along with others and makes me feel welcomed we need more like that. Other than that I’ve heard bad things about the management. I’ve heard that the district manager bullies the people who work there and is just a mean person and the owner lets her act this way bc that’s his sister I don’t think that is okay.

Ive called multiple times in the mornings and have been told that they are in the middle of breakfast to call back 20, 30, and 45 minutes. Three different occasions. These local franchises act like they can't loose business!
- ZZZinthApr 17, 20262.0Pesto is not supposed to be dark and sour, pesto shouldn’t be cooked. I know pesto gets dark if it is heated fast or for a long period of time, but it is actually sour and I can’t eat it. Thought it was a bad time but it’s been this way the past 4-5 times, kept going back thinking it would end up being corrected. After the first few times I get it mistakes happen, but this is more than several times, I’ve never had an issue before but I have to go to a different tropical smoothie to get what I ordered correct. Workers always nice, just want to get what I payed for, and after more than 5 times it adds up.
