  Very disappointed in Taco Bell. They are forever putting a sign in the door " sorry short staff please use drive thru" This is messed up then go thru the drive thru and the order would still be wrong 😕 or cold.

  I'm a doordasher. The order is ready one person is taking another customers order. 4 people in the back not doing anything. one texting. All of them made eye contact with me and said nothing. I unassigned. 6 dollars isn't worth taking an extra 15 minutes to flag down a person who's job it is to give me my order. This place needs new management. It's God awful

  I don’t like to complain I’ve been a restaurant manager for over 5 years and I would say being up to spec is unprofessional and careless Fries were hot but dried out like it was either refried or heated up as a restaurant quality should be number 1 along with being up to spec and food safety general manager and shift managers there don’t know how to run a team or have leadership or Quality all they seem to care about is being quick and getting people out of the drive thru or lobby horrible management needs a rehab along with new employees do better
