  Love the food, the service and atmosphere. I just wish they wouldn't put so much salt and seasonings in their steaks and side dishes.

  Food and service-A+ If you want to sign up for rewards for ANY Outback-DONT. They have RIDICULOUS password requirements that require a degree in technology from MIT to create!!! We literally attempted 15 times to create an acceptable password which was all for naught. Good grief! You’d think you were asking for security clearance to the highest level of government! Just don’t do it!!

  When I look at my bill and ask the waiter about the extra chili charged, she stated, " It's an upcharge for that and then said it's on the menu, but it's in tiny print so I won't see it. I will not come back after her comment 😤

  A year ago I had the 2nd worst restaurant experience i ever had. Well this date i had the absolute worst. They werent busy and the service was horrific. My order was messed up numerous times. And even parts that werent messed up it took a lifetime to get anything. The server kept saying ill be right back and then never come back. Our drinks sat at the bar for over 15 minutes before being brought to us and even the drinks were worse than normal. Its such a coin flip if this is gonna be a good or bad experience and this time the coin got eaten by the mythical dragon that our server was standing on in the doorway to the back instead of attending to us. If harrisonburg wasnt so far away I would go there. But I think this experience was so bad i think im just done with outback for good. They comped 3 things on my bill and it was still over 100 dollars and I was pissed off and upset the entire time. I almost got up and left before since it took the server over 10 minutes just to comeover and greet us. Should've listened to my gut. Sad part is the people around me were having all sorts of issues as well. So luckily it wasnt just me.

  The food is fine. One of the three steaks was undercooked and quite fatty. Bathrooms are in need of a deep clean. Otherwise, it’s an outback. You get what you get. If you play games on the little screen, it will cost you money.
