Instead of putting the bagged items in the normal location, she insisted on slowly handing me every single bag around the wrong side of the credit card terminal. It was needlessly slow and unwieldy. I asked and she confirmed there was nothing wrong with her station, she was just choosing to do it that way. She was clearly trying to do her job as slowly as possible. Poor performance like Mia’s hurts the Martin’s brand.
