My sister and I have been going for years and usually always have a great experience. We ordered 2 burgers and a large fry to share, mainly because Five Guys is known for giving huge portions of fries. We paid almost $10 for a large fry, and when I opened the bag, I was honestly shocked. Every other time I’ve been there, they always add extra fries into the bag, no matter what size you order. This time, not only were there no extra fries, but the container itself wasn’t even filled all the way. The portion looked more like a small or regular fry than a large. I politely asked the cashier if it was really a large fry, and she said yes. I didn’t argue, but I left feeling really disappointed and frustrated considering how much we paid. For $10, I definitely expected more, especially from a place that’s usually known for generous portions. Isn’t that their policy?????!!!

Wasnt expecting that but took it as a test and worked on my patience and was calm and quiet and chose to not fight this battle that day.
