  Terrible terrible terrible experience me and my mom were on a road trip and we stopped at this Dunkin to get some food. We ordered a sausage, egg and cheese, a bacon, egg and cheese, hashbrowns milk, coffee, and a dozen donut holes. We pulled up to the window, they completely forgot to ring in our hashbrowns and milk so we had to re-order that and then the girl specifically said was it one sausage and one bacon and we said yes. We proceed to get our food and we pull out of the Dunkin to find out that the munchkins were probably three days, old, stale and expired. The hashbrowns were soggy and wet, not even enjoyable and even though she asked us a question if it was sausage, egg and cheese and a bacon, egg and cheese we still received two bacon egg and cheese. Then I proceeded to turn around and go back inside to figure this out, and they refunded me for the munchkins and reheated my hashbrowns And remade me a sausage egg and cheese so then I was happy and walked out then. I open My “sausage egg and cheese” just to find out that there’s no cheese. It’s literally in the name so then I proceed to go back inside to ask them to put cheese on my sausage, egg and cheese and they put a slab of cold cheese on it, and then their boss comes up to me and he Asked me about the munchkin saying “what happened to the munchkins You ordered 25 but there was only 19 in the box. “ trying to accuse me of eating munchkins which they weren’t even enjoyable in the first place I had one and wanted to gag, also, they probably just didn’t even give me the right amount because they didn’t even understand how to give me the right order in the first place .Then I just decided not to eat my food because I was scared someone spitting it. moral of the story please check your food before leaving this Dunkin’ Donuts and if not just don’t come. Thanks

  Unfortunately, every time I come here, the food is not properly heated. The last two times I was here my croissant sandwich Cheese was cold and not melted at all. Today, I got an everything bagel, toasted with cream cheese, upon pulling off I saw that it was not toasted at all. By definition, A toasted bagel is a split bagel that has been subjected to heat (via a toaster, oven, or skillet) to brown its surface. This process creates a crunchy, crisp exterior while keeping the interior warm and chewy. They were able to remake it for me and the bagel was warm, but not fully toasted, brown or crispy at all. Still just as chewy as a bagel that hasn’t been toasted with a slight warmth to it. The people were kind, but unfortunately, I can’t come back for the food:/.

  What happened at this store? Was this franchise sold recently? I can't believe the expensive CRAP that was sold to us this evening!! $11.99 for 6 Boston cream donuts with a small dollop of cream inside. At 6pm we knew that the doughnuts would not be fresh. Unfortunately we went through the drive thru and did not look inside the box until we got home. Do yourself a favor and look at what you bought before you leave the parking lot. The product would score a negative number if it could be given. The 1 star is for the pleasant service. I understand that the employees are in a tough position. They must sell the product available. There are great bakeries downtown Warrenton. Dunkin' needs to step up their game because Dunkin' is only a convenience, not quality.

  My wife ordered at the drive through and I picked the order up. They assured me I got everything…. 2 donuts my ordered as a treat were not in the order. This is not the first time. I went back and the manager was already gone. They didn’t even have the donuts to give me an offered donut hole. The person working said she wouldn’t credit back the donuts because her manager wouldn’t like it. This manager is a disgrace to customer service!

  Went to pick up donuts for my wife as a Mother’s Day treat she placed an order ahead of time, the order got cancelled and then they charged her card 2 times. She called and was told she never picked up the order I asked if they had an order in her name and the lady at the drive through said no it was cancelled, Why charge her twice if her first time you cancelled it. Absolute bs from this place again! The Walmart location is more capable. Enjoy the 40 dollars you took from a mother on Mother’s Day. We will not be coming back here
