  Second chances here with ordering online and learning food items are “forgotten” to be in the bag. When reminded, the attitude of employees silence and indirect acknowledgment of their mistake without communicating “we’re sorry” at the least. Service here is lacking big time.

  Very disappointing portion sizes at the Warrenton Chipotle. I always order and PAY for double meat, but consistently receive what looks like a regular portion. If I’m paying extra for double meat, give me double meat - it’s that simple. I’m not sure if this is a management issue or how employees are being trained, but I don’t have this problem at the Bristow, Manassas, or Gainesville locations. Warrenton needs to do better with portion consistency, especially when customers are paying extra. Read other reviews - this is a consistent problem with this location. Safe to say they know exactly what they're doing.

  This Chipotle is awful, and I wouldn't continue going if Warrenton had anything comparable, or if another location was convenient. However, it seems they know this and take advantage of it. The portion sizes are often laughable (literally). Many times I've eaten what is supposedly a double meat burrito, only to still be hungry and finish my daughters CFA nuggets and some fries. I used to be stuffed and carry home half of a Chipotle burrito with a single portion of meat. Ordering through the app is the worst, but still tiny portions even in person. My last burrito started with less than a full scoop of rice. Rice is cheap and should be abundant without even asking. I asked for double rice to even get a normal portion. But portion size doesn't seem to be the end of their issues either. I've had crispy crunchy rice before: is it old or just undercooked? Who knows?!? The seasoning on the meat can vary tremendously. Some times It's been so spicy my mother can't even eat it (with no salsa of any kind). I've been given the wrong to-go bag and had to drive all the way back. Maybe if I keep leaving reviews, they'll fix it. Somehow I doubt it, so I'd recommend going just about anywhere else in Warrenton. Next review I'll snap a picture of the pathetic little "double meat" burrito I just spent nearly $20 on.

  I placed an order online and I got there a bit after it was supposed to be ready and I asked for my order and they handed me someone else's order then I told them it was not my order and showed them my order and from what I understood they forgot to make it. So then they go ahead and rush through it so after all that waiting and the mix up on their end I get the smallest portions I've ever seen.
