  Consistently slow/poor service over the past 6 months. Clearly under-staffed.

  Update: I took the sandwiches and everything back to the restaurant and spoke with the manager. He said they clean the slicer with paper towels. He was very kind and very responsive. I’m upgrading my ratings since he was so good about everything, and at least I was given a reasonable explanation. Knowing it wasn’t a dirty tissue (like someone was sick) also makes a difference. I advised him I got a full refund from door dash and I did return all of the food to them. More than anything I wanted to make them aware so they could tighten up that ship. He still offered to remake the sandwiches or give us a milkshake or something. I declined as I’m not trying to get something for free. We just wanted to make him aware. I think they will definitely be more conscientious about any material left on the slicer after cleaning. I ordered a classic roast beef via door dash. My stuff came in a sealed bag. My sandwich had a piece of a Kleenex type tissue in it!!!! I went t to put sauces on it and as I was putting it back together the tissue fell out! So unsanitary! Gross!!!!

  The bathrooms are filthy. This is not a busy location. There should be plenty of time to clean them.

  Came in around 2:00 on a Sunday was not busy, but everything was slow and all the condiments was out and no containers to put anything in, no napkins, food took a good 15 mins to get. I got the box deal, nothing was in a box it was all separate. The Mozzarella sticks wasn't even hot, the crispy chicken sandwich wasn't very hot and it was dry, not much mayo on it. We live an hour away and was traveling, but the one we have in Harrisonburg Virginia is much nicer and better. This one needs to do better!
