  On June 22, 2026 at 7:25 PM, I ordered a 6-wing combo at the Wingstop on General Booth / Strawbridge Marketplace in Virginia Beach and witnessed shocking food safety violations, gross incompetence, and hostility. Employee Brody licked barbecue sauce off his fingers in front of customers, then only rinsed them with water. When I asked him to wash properly, he refused. Employee Alex laughed, said I was “doing too much,” and made repeated derogatory jokes at me. After paying and waiting 12 minutes, I requested a refund. Register employee Alex (drinking on duty) said no one could help, told me to “calm down,” and threatened to trespass me and deny the refund. The MOD was in the lobby half-asleep on his phone, claimed he was clocked out and untrained on refunds. Staff refused to call GM Tyler for nearly an hour while other customers waited over 30 minutes. Only after an employee returned from Starbucks did they finally call Tyler, who walked them through the refund step-by-step and admitted “there are problems in the store” with zero apology. Key questions: Why were managers not on the floor? Why was the MOD asleep in the lobby? Why were employees at Starbucks during shifts? Why is no one trained on basic refunds? Why are employees licking wing sauce off their fingers in view of customers? Why did Alex threaten police/trespass for raising safety issues? I was warned by another location’s DM about this store and district’s reputation and directed here. Upper management above district level must contact me ASAP. I will follow up shortly.

  This location needs to work on their customer service and Time management. I’ve placed orders ahead of time on two different occasions and the food still wasn’t done when I came to pick up. I spent an extra 10-15 minutes waiting for something that should’ve been done. They seem to be understaffed. The store isn’t that clean and needs some attention. I’m not ordering from this location ever again.

  I usually don’t have a problem with this place but today my order was wrong all the way and the missed one of my sandwich that I order. I notice the girls that there today is paying more attention in her cell phone , dancing not even in uniform and smoking vape while inside. I’m not happy with the service at all.
