The Egg Bistro is an independent locally owned neighborhood bistro that provides fresh, innovative food in a hip, family environment. Everyone on our staff is wholeheartedly committed to providing the best food and service possible. We use fresh local products throughout our menu when available, featuring vegetarian and vegan dishes. The Egg Bistro is open 7 days a week serving breakfast and lunch from open until close.
