  Super slow inside. my order was only 3 tacos and i stood there for over 40 minutes watching multiple people (4 separate customers who order at the kiosk after me) kept getting thier food.. had to cancel and leave due to time constraints since im on my lunch break at work and only have an hour to eat... this place took up my entire hour without even starting my order... will not be returning on any future lunch breaks. What a waste of time screw taco bell for real place fell off big time

  This location is the slowest. Always gets the order wrong every time! No I’m sorry or sorry about that. Staff doesn’t seem to care.

  We visited the location closest to our house on Elson Green. The food was fine. Unfortunately, the service is generally extremely slow there. In the past, I've backed out of the drive thru and went to the General Booth location since it's so much faster. This visit took nearly 20 minutes and we only bought one item. Secondly - Honestly, I don't generally care how people are dressed but when you're at work, you need to dress appropriately. Having someone at the service window dressed in full dark Gothic style (black clothing, a choker, and dark makeup) didn't exactly promote a family friendly atmosphere. They were nice and professional but inappropriately dressed in my opinion.

  Over 45 minutes in the drive thru with only 4 cars in front of us. This is ridiculous. Once in line youre trapped cant get out of line the way the drive thru is set up. This is the absolute last time we will come here.

  Sadly horrific. Unfortunately, they’re short staffed for the volume they put out. Ended up waiting 20-30 mins for a small order the two times I’ve been here.
