When this location is open they're amazing, but they're not open late night. All the displays are on. People are there, but after 2:00 they are closed. It's bullshit because that's prime time for them to make money. The one on Newtown gets backed up and this is the secondary location, but they're always freaking closed originally there were 24/7 from what I could tell. Doesn't seem to be that way anymore so they've lost a customer. Honestly close down this location they suck

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped by Taco Bell shortly after lunch today and had such a great experience! Elisa B. at the register went above and beyond. She had an incredibly positive attitude, was genuinely friendly, and her fantastic personality actually had me laughing. Great customer service can completely change an ordinary stop into a memorable one, and Elisa absolutely did that today. Taco Bell is lucky to have her — give her a raise! 🌮👏 Taco Bell 040930 Order 617a1f Order number 92 2:50 PM

Make sure your drink isn't watered down before you leave! Staff was super sweet about fixing the drink and remaking the food so it was hot again after having to turn back for a fixed drink though, I really appreciated it!

I ordered the #8 combo at the drive thru and was the only car in line. After waiting for nearly 15 minutes a gentleman ask what my order was and told me I was waiting for my #8 combo. A few moments later a young lady comes to the window and hands to me the incorrect order. The order was someone else’s online mobile order. At this point I was so angry I handed the order back to the young lady and told her that I will go ahead and charge it back and I finally left. After this incident and reading the previous poor service reviews I plan to swear off fast food. Given these high food prices on top of poor food quality and poor service fast food is not worth the money.

I ORDERED NACHO FRIES AND A DISCOVERY LUXE BOX ON DOORDASH. WHICH INCLUDES A CHALUPA, HARD TACO, BURRITO, AND NACHOS, WITH A DRINK. MIND YOU WHEN MY DOOR DASHER GOT THERE HE SAID THEY MADE HIM WAIT EXTRA 10 MIN! YOU WOULD THINK EVERYTHING WOULD BE IN MY ORDER!! UPON HIS ARRIVAL I KNEW MY BAG FELT LIGHT TO HAVE ALL MY ITEMS IN IT. WHEN I OPENED MY BAG THE ONLY THING IN THERE WAS COLD NACHO FRIES!! IM FURIOUS!! THIS LOCATION IS PATHETIC!! HOW COULD YOU FORGET THAT MANY ITEMS! AFTER READING THE REVIEWS IT MAKES SENSE! WHOEVER IS RUNNING THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!! AND THE EMPLOYEES!!
