  at this point I think having AI take your order would be more efficient than the people that work here. Maybe it would get the orders right more often. They never get my orders right no matter how many times I clearly repeat myself when ordering. Not to mention they are extremely slow. I was one car behind the person ordering when I pulled up and it wasn’t for another 30+ minutes that I finally got my correct items. The car infront of me even handed back her food and drinks several times before she drove away. I don’t know why I continue to give them my money because honestly if they didn’t supply receipts I’d think they never charge me right either.

  Incorrect order with virtually no way to correct it online or request refund for the missing item. This is during a lunch break from work, so driving back isn't an option. Staff is rude and complacent.

  930pm at night 5/20/2026 They are supposed to be open and they told over twelve cars they're closed.

  I am in shock! I ordered a small chili cheese fries from sonic and it had 9 French fries in it the chili did cover them and that's fine, however the cheese did nothing for the taste because there was barely any cheese on them. It looked like someone dropped a pinch of cheese on the fries. I understand that companies have to make money, but $10 for a meal (no drink) that was so sparse it absolutely a total rip off. I understand company's are having trouble this year, but they can help fix their problem, by not making it worse because they choose to screw their customers out of a full meal.
