  Recently, it doesn't matter what time of day I get there, I am always waiting a while for my order. That includes days when I just get drinks. I always mobile order as well. This Sonic used to have fantastic service.

  There is a Food Lion in this shopping center. You can go to food lion, buy burgers and fries, go home, cook it, and eat it before you get your order from this sonic. DONT DO IT!

  This is the 3rd time I've gonna thru the drive thru. No napkins for meal. Cold and I do mean absolutely COLD fries given to me. No reciept given for my transaction so cannot reference an order number, location, or time like they want in the reviews. The service, quality, food and overall experience is definitely at a zero. Only went back this time because it's my "neighborhood sonic".... That is a joke in it's own words.

  Over the last month or so, my husband has placed an order with the Sonic on Centerville turnpike around the same time 10:00 in the morning. Every time they tell him he has to pay cash only because their machine is down. Our order this morning around 10:15 came to $21 and a few cents. My husband gave him $40 and he turned around and handed back $10. My husband told him that is not the correct change and basically had to do the math for him. When we got home there was no receipt in the bag. I think something is fishy going on over there with the drive-thru payment window. Buyers beware.
