  This is more of a review of Sonic as a company, not this particular location. First, the good: service was fast and friendly. My disappointment has absolutely nothing to do with the fine folks working there. Corners have been cut by Sonic. They should have made it less obvious, though. The burgers are not the same burgers that I had a couple years ago. I used to be fan of Sonic's burgers as they were a cut above McDonald's and BK. Today, my wife took her first bite and said they tasted like burgers she ate in school. I didn't believe her until I took a bite. She was exactly right. They are now using pre made frozen patties, the rubbery and homogeneous kind. I'm not spending my money at Sonic ever again. :)

  I was going to post a bad review since my stolen drive-in spot confused the staff and caused a huge delay. But one of the staff working the Friday 6pm shift understood the situation and helped and really fixed my order. Watch out for the people stealing the drive-in spots - especially if they mislabeled their spot at check out. Just walk up and ask and if you ordered ahead of time your food should be sorted quickly

  The slowest service ever. Ordered food at 7:45 and it’s 8:12 in counting and still have not received my order. Asked to pull up from the drive thru and my food will be brought to me. Not sure when that will be, but here we wait. Better off going to the Sonic on S. Battlefield instead of this place. Wish me luck as I wait here for my food while the employees hook their friends up with free drinks. Update: An employee told me they messed up my order and asked me to pull into a parking spot. She said her manager was going to come speak to me, and you bet that never happened. Finally got my food after 45 minutes. No visit from management, no apology. Just have a nice day. I hope they see this. 👍
