  Tried to order 7 meal deal with edits in oerson at drive thru instead of the app. Simple edits. No ice upgrade rt 44 lemondae. Supposed to be the naturalkind got the tropicana instead. Gross. But didnt complain abt it. However. The burger for my kid had sauces when soecifically asked for No cheese nor sauces at all. Had them retry. They tried to outdo it gavea wonderful looking double.cheese but unfortunately not their problem my kid is highly sensitive to food dyes and dairy. So i noticed no receipts. Prolly cuz they mess up often so you cant rate them badly. only 3 cars in parking lot and i saw 3 or 4 employee. So it's not like they were swamped busy whatsoever. I asked for receipt on 1st irder didnt wait because my kid still wanting to eat so i ran back thru again to order a kids meal asked for just beef and tomato no cheese no sauce. Got bread and beef only. No tomato.paid again. What a hassle. And your other location over in nimmo was worse. But this location in a higher upscale area off first colo ial rd and laskin but felt ick . Wont be back to either one like ever.

  Will never come back at all. Placed an online order for pick up at 3:03. My order which was paid for was not made by the time I got to the place and I had to wait an additional 45 minutes to get my order. Smh

  The absolute worst sonic i've ever been to. Where is the pride in your job. My meat patty was so dehydrated , it looked like it had been sitting there since yesterday. The fries were overcooked.

  Not much to look at but if you enjoy a double smash burger, onion rings and drink 😋 they are hard to beat for the money!
