  I had a graduation celebration here and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Service was good, especially for how packed they were. Server was very nice, think his name was Bones. I was disappointed my steak didn't look like the pictures, haha. It was a very small cut for the steak & lobster duo. Not much flavor either. I reallly enjoyed the lobster. Overall I'm glad I went.

  Had such a great experience at Prime 757! The food was incredible, everything came out perfectly, and the atmosphere made the whole night feel special. The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. You can really tell they care about giving their guests a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🥩✨

  Prime 757 Steakhouse never disappoints! The food is absolutely delicious, the atmosphere is beautiful, and the service is always amazing. Everything feels so fresh and well-prepared, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. Definitely one of my favorite places for a nice dinner—highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  We went to 757 Prime specifically for the prime rib, which they only serve on Fridays and Saturdays. We had a 7:00 PM reservation on a Friday, and they were already sold out. For something offered only two nights a week, you would expect them to plan accordingly. It was even more surprising since getting a last-minute reservation wasn’t difficult. Unfortunately, the service made the experience worse. We were a family of four but were seated at a table set for only two people. Our waitress said she would bring two more place settings, but she never did. Our food eventually arrived, and we still had to ask for the missing settings. Service throughout dinner was abysmal. When we asked for the check, it took another 15 minutes to arrive. What bothered me most was the automatic 20% gratuity added to the bill regardless of the quality of service. I have no issue tipping well for good service, but automatically charging 20% after service like this doesn’t sit well with me. The food was the bright spot. The ribeye was good, juicy, and cooked well. The lamb chops were also good. For a restaurant positioning itself as a prime steakhouse, the service did not match the price point or expectations. If you’re looking for the polished service and attention to detail you normally expect from a higher-end steakhouse, this isn’t the place. There are other steakhouses in the Virginia Beach area that deliver a much better overall experience.

  My wife’s strip steak was perfectly prepared. Her baked potato was dried out and not fresh for a steakhouse baked potato. Salads were freshly made. We noticed early on that there were several flies both your typical house flies and fruit flies at our table. Early during our dinner a fruit fly managed to land in my wife’s wine glass. No big deal we let the waiter know and he brought her a clean empty glass to the table. Really!! At least offer to refill the glass with the bottle we had on our table. Midway through our dinner a fruit landed in my wine glass. I let our waiter know and he said sorry. Needless to say service was not good but we may try again soon.
