  It was Thursday night at 7:30pm when I entered the Pizza Hut on Birdneck Road since my days with the competitors pizza had been filled with sorrow. There was a cool breeze followed by snow because the weather in Virginia Beach doesn’t follow the rules. As I entered the door, my nose filled with the smells of a thousand pizzas, waiting to be plucked. The Hut Artisan lifted their head at my presence as they hammered away tirelessly one masterpiece after another. Their mustache glistened as they spoke and flour danced around his body as if an aura displaying a fine line of Artisans that stood before him. They said they knew I would come and handed me my pizza without even knowing my name. It was the right order too but if it wasn’t, I’d still go back. Many of you will never hear his tale or know the splendor of the delicacies they weave here. Make no mistake, this pizza has cake and that only makes sense if you don’t think about it. Great pizza here. Not my first time but worth making a review. Brought back my pizza to the hut.

  Brandon was epic! The man was by himself on a Thursday and getting hammered! He was polite in the way he told people if they wanted to order it was going to be an hour, I understand that especially when you have no help because corporate or franchise does t want to pay employees::this man deserves a raise because he killed it

  If I could give this place NEGATIVE 0 stars, I WOULD. The professionalism is deplorable. Whoever answered my call when I made a complaint did NOTHING AND THE SUPERVISOR HUNG UP ON ME!!!! Are you kidding?! They were not helpful at all! Then I tried calling back and they just put me on hold. I’m sorry that you can de-escalate a situation. I will never order from here again and I suggest none of you do either. Jeniah from another store close by, was helpful and very polite. I think she deserves the supervisor position at the store on 351 Birdneck Street because she has manners, professionalism, and a brain like the two other people I spoke to. Absolutely uncalled for!

  Easy, quick pizza pickup. Friendly service; the person who answered the phone saved me a few bucks by telling me about a special. Thanks!

  The AM Manager and the head of the store Laprece are wonderful!!! They treat the community and the employees extremely well! I recommend getting your food here and even just being a part of this Pizza Hut!!!! Amazing staff!!!
