  Online it said my order was ready but the store was dark and locked up. Complained and a manager thought that all he had to do to make it right was to make sure my credit card wasn't charged. Not even an apology! No pizza for us! Since their web site says today (prime pizza time, Friday afternoon) "STORE CLOSED" then this location must be closed permanently. Whether it is or not, you can't count on getting any pizza anyway!

  After putting in the order, I got a call from the store stating my order could not be completed since there are no delivery drivers. I decided to complete my order at another store that has a solid customer service reputation rather than the kempsville store that has been rude to me on more than one occasion.

  Pizza bread was not your best, cheese seemed old or low quality. Not what I usually expect from the Hut.

  When do they ever get it right? This is the first time I’ve actually felt the need to review a place after a bad experience... Have ordered from this place 4 times. Delivery time is always at least double the time stated, and when they mess your order up, it takes another hour (minimum) for them to get you what you actually ordered. We didn’t order from here for months due to them messing up 3 times; but today I decided to give them another shot and place my order far before actual dinner time. Order still took an hour and 15 mins,and our order was deliver wrong AGAIN. This will be the last time we ever spend money here. A management change or staff overhaul is much needed.
