Attempted to place an online order, got an error & told to call my location. Called & got told it didn't go through. So I ordered over the phone. Got told it went through & it would be delivered by 7:20pm. It is now 8:10pm. Called to ask for an update, as we didn't recieve a text or email notification for our order. Got told "You never placed an order. Nothing is here. Our systems have been down." I then asked to speak to a manager then, as my card was charged THREE times. I've now been on hold for 30+min. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered carryout. Email said it was ready, got there and waited 20 mins because it actually wasn't ready. The last time we ordered, they jacked it all up. This place is terrible, don't waste your time or money.

I just received an order from here via doordash (their decision because they were running behind), and I would've rather waited for better quality food. I paid extra for 7 garlic sauces and 5 of them have puncture marks and spilled on the paper bag they came in. 1/2 my pizza has sauce and barely any cheese, about 1/3-1/2 the way up to the crust. It's like the majority of the cheese got shifted heavier to one side, fell towards the middle, or just wasn't evenly laid. I worked for Domino's for years and I know a bit about making pizza. This is poor assembly. The traditional crust costs $2 more and for what? I'd done better with just thin and crispy crust. Some slices are noticeably dryer so the sauce nor toppings were done well. My order looks, tastes, and feels like it was done in a rush or the person just didn't care. Maybe both. This is disappointing and I probably won't order from here again. I'd hoped for better. *Update* Thank you for taking time to reach out. I've responded like this since Google won't allow a true reply. Is there any way we can rectify this such as a new item or at least a partial refund? This is a rough economy and no one wants to feel like their money is wasted. Is there a means to continue communicating offline?

I never write reviews in any bad way. But just do not go to that PIZZA HUT! I ordered pizzas, wings and cheezy bread on app at 315pm for 430! got there at 420. walk in and did not get served until 500pm. I got pizza at 500pm, they said a few minutes on wings and cheezy sticks I got them at 530pm. PIZZAS WERE NOT cooked, cold. A FAMILY MEMBER was sick last night that this why i am editing it. I asked for my money at back at appr 520pm because i knew the order was COLD originally and a younger lady said NO we can not do that. Terrible customer service.
