Quite literally THE WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had at this location as a frequent customer. Off rip the employee Kara if that’s her name was rude. She passed me my pizza and I looked at it the slices were all over the place and I asked for my pizza to be remade which sent her into an uproar. Then she went over to remake it didn’t wash her hands at all although I paid with my card she was previously handling boxes and then passed me my receipt. There was another guy in the store who was also stocking who came over to the make line with his phone in his hand scrolling then began to make pizzas also without washing his hands. Then I asked for a refund which also made her upset. I honestly hope that Marco gets his team in check !! I’m not sure if I’ll return back to this location the quality as well as the service were just subpar.

Kara was sweet and exceptional as always. Also, our food was ready and hot. Will definitely be ordering from this location again.

I didn’t know the app lied 🤥 said pizza was done , when I arrived at the store they said it wasn’t ready, didn’t know a mini pizza took 30 mins to wait. Guess I’ll wait an hour next time to pickup

Every time I come in this location The employees never address me This is my third time coming in here The first time the guy set behind the counter making pizza for about 15 minutes, did not say anything to me the second time I believe the employee that was having a mental breakdown was screaming at the computer because she had to make an order then went to the bathroom and stay there screaming for about 10 minutes now I arrive and the employee just sits behind the counter while my food was sitting inside of the warmer for about 10 minutes super underwhelming will not be coming to this Pizza Hut anymore .
