  this pizza hut refused doordash order because they (doordash) made sure the boxes were correct after they were confused on who’s was who’s. The driver opened the unsealed boxes in front of the employee to check and the employee began to be rude about opening the boxes saying that it wasn’t doordash job to make sure it was correct and now assumed the order could be contaminated. After they got more of the order, roaches were running from behind the counter and the dasher said they should be worried about the roaches contaminating the food more than the dasher checking the box. then the employee threatened to refuse the order in retaliation. they began to threaten to call doordash to complain about the dasher and then told the dasher ‘have a good night’ and took the order back.(refused) the dasher came back in with the customer on the phone and the customer told the employees to hand the dasher their food and the employees ignored the request and finally another employee gave the food. very poor customer service and nasty establishment. friday May 1st 9pm
