- BDbryan delgadoAug 21, 20261.0I decided to do a carry out from this location on a Friday night. I arrived five minutes before my order was ready. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:45 PM. Management said they had a lot of orders come in and they’re sorting through them. I waited 45 additional minutes to get my order and instead of a large pizza they had to give me two medium pizzas instead. I will not order from this location again because it is clear that they do not know how to prioritize customers. Their soul focus was on DoorDash and not the neighborhood people that showed up for their dinner.

Employees are very polite, even when they’re slammed they still acknowledge customers as they walk in. They’ve never messed up an order for us. Food always hot and fresh. Thank you to whoever manages this place.

It said first thing as ur choosing ur pizza personal pan pizza with a buttery crust I then chose what kind of pizza and noticed the crust was very dry n no butter on it like last week so I went back on and asked where was the buttery crust that it said it was gonna have the cashier said u have to let them know but I never did before all personal pans have always been buttery crusted pan pizzas so instead of them refunding me my money or remaking the pizza they said they just add some butter on the crust I said ok .. now my pizza is swimming literally in butter I'm so sad n upset at the same time with this pizza I spent my working money on and got taxed on ....and used my gas to come pick up... So now u have my money and I have a bad appetite now.... Which I was craving the buttery personal pan pizza ....like the order said... I'm upset..I don't play bout my food or my money or my gas
