  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at the Pizza Hut on General Booth Boulevard (Strawbridge). I ordered 4 large Cupped Pepperoni pizzas with roasted peppers and told Levert I'd be back later because I figured an order that size would take a while, especially with a short-staffed crew. He confidently told me it would be ready in less than 15 minutes. Sure enough, I came back about 15 minutes later, and everything was ready exactly as promised. The pizzas were hot, fresh, and made with excellent quality. Thank you, Levert, for the outstanding customer service and for delivering exactly what you promised. Your customer service goes above and beyond the extra miles.

  We did not receive our 2 orders of breadsticks. Called and asked for them to be delivered and the GM told the poor girl trying to help us that she was not able to set up a delivery. He said we need to come back and pick them up. Also, the pizzas we received were not cut because they were basically raw and doughier than usual. I’ll skip this place from now on.

  I arrived at the store, not realizing that my order had not gone through online. I went back to find my items still sitting in my cart, like a dummy! Levert was very helpful and he was able to expedite in making my order, even though it was not their fault. The pizza was hot and fresh, and Levert and another associate I spoke with were both friendly and helpful and both SMILED, which I feel like is lost nowadays in service. A great experience and I’m very thankful for them taking care of me.
