  We did not receive our 2 orders of breadsticks. Called and asked for them to be delivered and the GM told the poor girl trying to help us that she was not able to set up a delivery. He said we need to come back and pick them up. Also, the pizzas we received were not cut because they were basically raw and doughier than usual. I’ll skip this place from now on.

  I arrived at the store, not realizing that my order had not gone through online. I went back to find my items still sitting in my cart, like a dummy! Levert was very helpful and he was able to expedite in making my order, even though it was not their fault. The pizza was hot and fresh, and Levert and another associate I spoke with were both friendly and helpful and both SMILED, which I feel like is lost nowadays in service. A great experience and I’m very thankful for them taking care of me.

  This place needs to close down or they need new staff. They didn’t give almost half of our order and when it was brought to their attention the refused to fix their mess up. I will be there tomorrow. To attempt to fix this. We ordered pepperoni pizza and a meat lovers and received just cheese pizza. With no meat lovers!!!! With desserts and 4 different orders of wings; received only 3 out of the 4. Beyond ridiculous. When there’s a mistake you would think they would fix it since they can’t read the order. This isn’t the first time. You guys need to fix this, this is an issue. Edit: Get this they decided to leave a meat lovers pizza outside my door this morning without telling anyone! Our order still isn’t complete. On top of that I’m on the phone call rn and apparently there’s only one worker there. Ridiculous!!!!

  We get takeaway here regularly (its close). We're grateful their pan pizza hasn't changed much in years - pretty much always the same (good). They usually have exclnt wings as well, although they've gotten expensive. Strawbridge Hut always gets our stuff ready fast, friendly staff and clean. Lots of choices for pizza around Redmill most w long wait & drama. So, we appreciate consistent service and quality at the Hut.
