Worst customer service ever. If I could do 0 stars I would! Went in there to pick up a pizza and was standing there for over a 2 minutes, I said hello first time and everyone ignored me, mind you, I was the only customer there , they saw me came in infact they even stare at me and nobody even asked me or help me, everyone was chatting, the girl was in the corner texting, the other girl on the side saw me while she was carrying boxes , and The girl chatting at the delivery driver while looking at me while my food was sitting there ready for pick up. I had to say hello at loud to them to give me the attention so they can give me the pizza. Otherwise I could’ve done their job and go to the side and take the pizza box if I can so I don’t have to bother them. I don’t usually leave a comment but dang.. when you’re at work you’re supposed to work especially if there’s a customer waiting for the food.

This location prevented me from ordering papa johns further. They got my order wrong and I tried for a week to get a refund. I gave the same card number three times, and then a week later that card magically worked. I’m not huge on complaining, but they put an ingredient that I was allergic to in the pizza. I SPECIFICALLY LEFT A NOTE TO MAKE SURE THEY DID NOT DO SO. Even by accident. As a college student, I can’t afford medical bills. Don’t order from this location. The manager (sounded like a woman) was rude. Papa johns will never receive my money again.
