  The driver said they delivered our order but never did. The manager did not send another driver with our order. It is now midnight and we're starving with no way to get food now. Do not order from these crooks. Update: I called the next week and the manager gave me a refund and was very nice. Don't order after 10 pm I would advise.

  Worst customer service! Ordered a pizza and a brownie totaling over $20 with tip. Order was marked as picked up before we even arrived at the store. Strangely when we did arrive there was no pizza but a cookie and a brownie waiting us. I will never use the location again!

  good: NY style is good but not a good value at $20. I was greeted politely and promptly upon entering and my pizza was hot.... but should have check the wing things. (would hardly call them boneless wings) bad: no chairs in waiting area (not necessarily need because my food was ready upon walking in) THE UGLY: the boneless chicken wings were dreadful. they were warm breaded nuggets thingies....barely dressed with the flavor I ordered. They were dry hard and not eatable. They were part of a promo so I really just paid for the pizza. I WOULD NEVER ORDER THEM AGAIN. GROSS. its been years since I've had Papa John's and this is why. Disappointing sub par, will not be back. sns.

  Pizza was done on time and hot. We had an issue with on of the pizzas 🍕 but contacted them and they took care of it.
