- MMMunaJul 1, 20263.0Whole place was empty, which is enjoyable for an introvert but also unnerving around the normal lunch rush. Cashiers were nice. Food was terrible in comparison to other panera breads in the area, especially the tomato soup. Ordered the caprese sandwich, it was flooded with oil to the point where the sandwich fell apart halfway through eating and the tomato soup was so oily/greasy that the soup literally slid off of the spoon and left an entire coat of oil. My tomato soup obsessed kid wouldn't even finish it because it was so oily. The strawberry basil drink is great though. The staff needs to go through training for when to change gloves as well. I watched someone package food in glovesand proceed to take cash and run the register with the gloves on, then go directly back to the kitchen with the same gloves still on. As a previous fast food worker, that stood out to me. Probably won't be back to this location.

When I asked Jay, he said he hadn’t started it yet and that the screen is just timed and is not an indication of the food being ready. When I mentioned I was in a rush to get to work, he responded by saying he didn’t need to toast my bagels if I was in a rush. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service.

Customers can't/don't find the trash can so they leave it everywhere else. Group of women in there at a high top were so loud, yelling, very inconsiderate. We couldn't hear the online class we were taking/with earbuds. Uncomfortable. A couple of staff nice, one very rude. Third trip here, Not going back. Food safety? 0, environment? 0 the cinnamon bottle is covered in sugar syrup, :( **Grilled cheese isn't grilled.**
