- JDJim DeGeorgeMay 13, 20265.0A few weeks ago, I posted that this Panera was tops in service, food, cleanliness, etc., outshining the Panera at Kempsville and Lynnhaven Mall. They proved it again today. My order was for a few Pick 2s, one of which was missing the sandwich. I asked Quincy about it. He saw the order checklist showed it being prepared but didn't see it. He promptly had another sandwich made, full not half mind you, and I threw in a bag of chips. Way to go, Quincy! I happily told the manager about his service. Thanks, Quincy!
