The food was delicious and prepared to order 😋 steaks perfectly cooked and the steaks were tender and juicy 😋. All of the side dishes are very tasty and I had a tall glass of sweet tea since I am not a consumer of alcoholic beverages how there was a great selection of wines available for those who had a taste something a little bit stronger than sweet tea . The dessert 🍨 🥧 🍦 minue had many choices and the chose the cheesecake 😋 and it was a excellent choice for me. This steakhouse is a very busy place you will most likely need to make a reservation or be prepared to wait to be seated and served. The staff and servers were polite ,friendly and respectful and knowledgeable about what was on the minue. Maybe the best part was when you were ready to pay for your meals, there was a keois on the table that you could pay for meal and leave a tip for your server without your credit card or debit card leaving your possession. The only thing that gave me a little heartburn 😩 was the parking and it's not Outback Steakhouse fault 😒 it's just so many people trying to visit the business establishments that are in the vicinity of this facility. I was pleased 100% with my visit there and the service that I received and I would highly recommend visiting and using this place for everyday dining and for special occasions like a small birthday 🎂 party 🥳. We’ve been ordering food from this Outback for about 15 years, and while the food itself is still delicious, the quality and attention to detail have noticeably declined over time. Most of our experience is carside to go. Our most recent order had several issues. The filet was supposed to come with chimichurri, but it was completely missing. We paid for a full side of asparagus and received a very small portion that was soggy and lacked any seasoning. We also ordered an alcoholic beverage that tasted like it had little to no alcohol in it. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated experience. On a previous visit, our honey mustard dressing contained chunks of blue cheese, which was concerning for anyone with food allergies or who simply doesn’t like blue cheese. Another time, part of our entrée—the shrimp—was completely forgotten. We continue to come back because the food, when prepared correctly, is genuinely very good. That’s what makes these experiences so disappointing. It feels like the level of care and consistency has steadily declined over the years. We hope management takes these concerns seriously, because we’d love to see the quality of service match the quality of the food again

    Delivery Driver Reviews

Outback treats its delivery drivers like second-class citizens. I've delivered for countless restaurants, and nowhere else have I been treated with this level of distrust and disrespect. Outback's policy is to assume every delivery driver is a potential thief. Employees stand over you and watch while you confirm the order before you're allowed to leave, as if you've done something wrong simply by walking through the door. Think about the message that sends. Instead of identifying the people who actually steal and having them removed from the platform—or arrested if they've committed a crime—you've chosen to build a policy around distrusting everyone. That's not just a theft-prevention strategy; it's a statement about how your company views the people delivering food to your customers. Thousands of delivery drivers do this job professionally every single day, yet Outback chooses to treat all of us as though we're guilty until proven innocent. I've known the manager at this location for years, and he's a good guy, which makes this even more disappointing. This isn't about one employee—it's about a policy that shows a complete lack of respect for the people helping deliver your food to your customers. Imagine being a grown adult who's done nothing wrong, yet being treated like a potential thief every time you walk through the door. That isn't professionalism. It's disrespect. Do better.

I made a reservation 3 days in advance for a party of 6. Upon arriving early on the day of our reservation, we were immediately seated in an outdoor section of the restaurant. This outdoor section was covered but on a day where outdoor temperatures were reaching 90 degrees, it would have made sense to close this section down or at least ask guests if they are ok to sit there. It would also be helpful to know this while making reservations so we could have requested to be seated INSIDE the actual restaurant. This outdoor seating area was supposedly cooled by two a/c units and a portable a/c unit. However, we learned both a/c units were OFF, the ceiling fans were not turned on, and we sat next to the portable a/c unit that offered very little comfort. The entire outdoor area temperature was probably close to 80-85 degrees. Who really wants to dine in that kind of temperature? I mean did management not walk through there and say, "hmm it's very hot in here, maybe I should do something about this". I guess we were given the authentic Australian Outback treatment by eating in the actual outback. We would asked for a different table but it was busy and we were hungry and hoped it would cool down, but of course it didn't. Service was 5/5 and the best part of the experience. Steak I was told was great but everything else was very salty and overcooked. Luckily the food came quick and our server checked on us frequently. If it were not for that, we would have passed out from the heat. The only atmosphere I can judge was the outside area, which I have mentioned felt like an oven. Once I walked through the actual restaurant, it felt nice and cool. Please beware of going here on a hot day and know there is an "outdoor" section that will feel like an oven before making a reservation.

I don’t typically leave reviews for my DoorDash orders, but I thought I’d leave my thoughts here anyway and hope they make changes. I ordered medium-pink inside steak and it was overcooked to medium. I ordered the shrooms and I kid you not, it was dripping and black with oil. It was like it was dunked it into a bucket of oil then tossed into the box..later on had a stomach ache because of the amount of oil. I’ve NEVER had a problem with Outback and I’ve always ordered the same items, until now. The food is USUALLY great, so I believe your current cooks need a good talking to. Usually the price is worth it but my $70+ order was not worth it this time.
