  Came here for three drinks, had to repeat myself about 10 times at the window. When I pulled up I was only given one drink I let the young man know I had two more normal no redbull he left to go make it, came back and asked what I was waiting for I said two more drinks and 5 min later he came with only one. I just pulled off.

  Spent 20 minutes in the drive-thru with 4 people in front of me last Saturday. One person left the line because it was taking so long. Finally got my food and the patties were missing from my McDouble. Had to drive back and went inside and there are no cashiers. Just touch order screens and a pick-up station. Had no clue how to reach out to a human to speak to. Eventually a manager came out. The employees were nice and apologized for the wait and trouble, but long wait times and incomplete burgers is tough to overcome. Maybe they’ll get better after a bit.

  Brand new beautiful location in Virginia Beach. Food was delicious. Service was fantastic. Beautiful patio area with music! Awesome owners who give back in community through the Dolphin smiles program, local schools and food bank.

  I was able to be one of their first customers following opening and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. While we are still dealing your typical McDonald's food the quality of preparation was amazing. The burgers were carefully stacked the shread was on the bun not everywhere around it. Definitely the best quality McDonald's in the area. The personnel had perfect service manners and was very pleasant to interact with.

  I was so excited to have the opportunity to check out this brand-new McDonald's on General Booth Boulevard, and I can honestly say the entire experience was phenomenal! First impressions matter, and this location absolutely delivers! The interior is beautiful, bright, modern, and inviting, with brand-new, state-of-the-art equipment and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Everything was spotless, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the design. One of my favorite features is the beautiful outdoor seating! Anyone who knows me knows how much I love a good sunrise or sunset, and now I have a new spot to enjoy both with some great food! Being open 24 hours makes it even better. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. I even had the pleasure of meeting the owners, who were incredibly personable and hands-on. It's clear they take tremendous pride in their restaurant and are committed to making every customer's experience a great one. But something that really stood out to me was how invested they are in their employees. McDonald's offers a program called Archways to Opportunity, which provides eligible team members with thousands of dollars in annual college tuition assistance. I absolutely love seeing business owners who recognize that investing in their employees' education, growth, and future is just as important as investing in their business. That speaks volumes to me! Now, let's get to the important part... the food! I ordered a McCrispy, and it was fried to perfection! Even the tomatoes were perfect, and we all know it's those little details that make all the difference! I also love the little touches throughout the restaurant, especially the Super Hornet jets displayed on the tables! Such a fun nod to our local military community and the nearby bases. And of course, the dolphin outside by the seating area is another favorite! There's something special about a restaurant that combines great food, exceptional service, a beautiful atmosphere, and owners who genuinely care about both their customers and their team. I honestly can't say enough good things about my visit. I wish the owners and their entire team nothing but success, and I hope the community embraces this wonderful new addition to the area! Whether it's breakfast with a sunrise or a late-night bite, this will absolutely be my new go-to McDonald's! Five stars all around!
