  Extremely disappointed with the service here. I placed a mobile order 10 minutes in advance, but when I arrived at 10:45pm on 4/22/25, I was told the "grill was down" and they couldn't fulfill my order. What’s confusing is that they were still serving several people ahead of me. If the grill was truly down, the app should have been updated to prevent orders, or I should have been offered a solution. Instead, I left with no food and my money is still pending on my account. Unprofessional and a waste of time.

  Make sure you check your bags before leaving. I order though the app and use my points for free items. Everytime they forget my free item. I have never gotten my free item, always have to go in and ask for it

  To that male manager with dark curly shoulder length hair! Listen if I pay my money strawberry and creme pies I expect them to be fresh!!! Do not put them in the Microwave and heat them up just because you forgot to make some! You think people don't know when something has been microwaved? It changes the texture!!
