  ordered through the mcdonald’s app…waited curb side for 30 minites…all the food was cold.asked for manager and we got new food, everything was hot but i got a 5 piece nuggets instead of a 6 which usually wouldn’t be a problem but since i had already complained it upset me just a bit further. don’t know how i had to wait 30 mins for cold food but after complaining i got fresh hot food withen a few mins. this was a waste of my mcdonald’s points, my money, and my time.

  The signposted said no solution and you have the same homeless person sitting everyday in the kids section. Just take the sign down.

  The food was alr. But is too busy in the morning I had to wait 10 minutes fir a breakfast sandwich

  I ordered food to be delivered through doordash. The first time we received only drinks and no food. The second time we didn't receive two sandwiches. The bags were sealed with correct receipts on the outside so this is obviously a mcdonalds issue and not doordash. I do not understand how you can mess up the same order, so significantly, twice.

  This is my usual go-to mcdonald’s spot and I usually have a great experience, however today was not it. I pulled up to the first window at the drive thru and the girl wearing a black columbia jacket just stared at me without saying anything. I had to break the ice and explain what my order was since she just kept staring at me. Even after she gave me the receipt, I told her thank you but she still said no words the entire interaction. Once I did receive the food, I ordered a McCrispy and it was dry, hard, and barely had any chicken it it. On top of that, I also ordered a caramel frappe and it did not taste how it usually does; it was bitter. I’m not sure if the frappe machine needs to be cleaned or something?
