  Very unfriendly as soon as i walked in never a greating. Wouldnt except my cash. Tried to pay with a 50 for a $20 order. I guess $30 is to much change to keep?!? The whole time I was there the employee was talking about how wierd all the customers were with a employee that was visiting 5/19 12:15pm

  Bad service , also they know the weekend is busy , but they don’t make anything ? What’s the point of that , especially if they don’t take it off on website . They’re trying to sell old items so they scam you into ordering and when you get there they tell you there out

  From a food standpoint, this place is a great value. The menu has a wide variety of options, the food is consistently tasty, and the pricing is very reasonable. Operationally, though, there’s significant room for improvement. The staff appears visibly overwhelmed and understaffed, especially during weekend rushes and breakfast hours. It’s clear the demand is there, but the current operation struggles to keep up. Running out of items so frequently is also something that comes up repeatedly in reviews, and unfortunately, the experience reflects that. The good news is that the foundation is already strong. If management focused on improving staffing, inventory flow, and overall operations, this place could easily elevate both its customer experience and reputation, which would likely translate into even stronger business and revenue.

  Friendly service and the most delicious kolaches and other foods! Perfectly wonderful bread surrounds all of these incredible pockets of plentiful meat and other savory accompaniments. Absolutely loved the Korean beef croissant, BBQ brisket, Philly cheesesteak, bacon egg and cheese, flavor of the month "Fiesta", and pecan smoked sausage kolaches, can't go wrong. Hot Polish sausage and cream cheese and peach kolaches are great, as well! Seems like they do tend to run out of stuff, so bear that in mind when you're ordering, the earlier the better. Very nice cafe mocha frappe, to boot. Cinnamon rolls looked heavenly, we'll have to come back for one!

  The Quality of food and service has been declining the past two years now. I just left and I told the young lady that I wanted my food heated when she asked. Of course, both items are cold. This is the third time this has happened in approximately six months. Last summer I got in an argument with a young man in the drive-through because he was so rude. I have been in Virginia Beach for 10 years and up until recently we used to come to this establishment often. It’s a shame that the customer service and quality of food has declined.
