    The customer service could not be worse. On multiple occasions the staff has made it known they don’t want to work. A more dismissive and worst customer service experience could not be designed.

    Good sandwiches. Way overpriced ($30 for a sub and an half) and the servers were rude and expected a tip. Subway is one block away and despite being less flavorful it is a way better value for subs on the go.

    I'm done coming to this JJ because of attitude and poor customer service just about every time I visit... and if you do go, DO NOT ask to cut your sandwich in thirds!
