  I am writing to express my frustration with a recent transaction at your establishment. I was charged full price for a sandwich, but when I asked to substitute the included cheese for a different item, I was double-charged instead of being credited for the cheese. Furthermore, I was not offered the original cheese on the side. As a first-time customer, this confusing pricing and lack of accommodation is highly disappointing. I am unsatisfied with this service and will not be returning

  Ordered the beach club from here twice now and both times there has been such a low amount of avacado put on. Never from any other Jimmy John’s has it been this little and now twice from here it has.

  If you order here and ask for a customization, go to the store and watch them Apparently the sandwich maker can’t read the modifications part of the order
