  If you have an avocado allergy, avoid this location. Our family loves Jimmy John’s as a brand, but this location has repeatedly put avocado spread on sandwiches that aren’t supposed to have it. The first time it happened was about a year ago when I ordered a sandwich for a friend who has an avocado allergy. We specifically requested no avocado spread, and thankfully she checked before taking a bite. Since then, the issue has been with my kids’ Plain Slims. A Plain Slim is supposed to be just bread and cheese, yet avocado spread has shown up on them over and over again. At this point, it’s happened so many times that we’ve lost count. We always call to confirm that a Plain Slim doesn’t come with avocado spread, and every time we’re told the same thing: it doesn’t. Yet somehow it keeps ending up on the sandwiches anyway. Three of my kids won’t eat the sandwiches once the avocado spread has been on them, even if I wipe it off. I understand, I’m the same way with pickles because the taste lingers. If this had only happened once, I wouldn’t be upset. Mistakes happen. The issue is that it’s become a recurring problem despite multiple calls and conversations. Unfortunately, the solutions offered haven’t really solved the problem. We can’t get a refund for just the incorrect sandwiches because their system apparently requires refunding the entire order. They’ll sometimes remake and redeliver them if they have an in-house driver, which means the rest of the family either eats while the kids wait or everyone waits while the food gets cold. Other times, we’re told to come pick up the replacements ourselves—but we paid for delivery specifically to avoid loading six kids into the car, and again they can’t refund the delivery fee because then they’d have to refund the whole order apparently. At this point, I don’t understand how such a simple issue hasn’t been corrected through training. We genuinely enjoy Jimmy John’s, and I wish we could choose a different location to order from because this has become a consistent problem instead of an occasional mistake.

  Whoever is on night shift as of 06/04 doesnt care about their job. I was given a straw in my bag but no drink. I most definitely can tell that I didnt receive most of the add ons that I asked for.

  Spent 30dollars on sandwiches and drinks. Didn't get asked about my rewards account, she couldn't add it later, you can't add it to the app. Not happy with this.

  They made a mistake on my order, forgot to put a drink with a combo,called the store the girl who answered sounded confused which is why my order was messed up, said she would call me back,that was 25 minutes ago
