  The night I took my 7yo Grandson to give Frank and Patty's a try there was a special event going on in the restaurant and the place was PACKED with invitees. We were offered an outside table and when we got to it (within two minutes) there was already water, menus and utensils set up for us. I know it was for us because there was a cup with a lid and straw for the "little dude". It was quite busy inside but the servers were continually checking on us customers outside. Our server, Jacqueline saw to us within five minutes of sitting and offered great advice on the evening's items; my Grandson went for the Oklahoma burger (and assured me he would finish it) and I went for the Patty burger. Both were double stacks of perfectly cooked "smash burgers". We also wanted to try a hot dog so we went with a plain "Norfolk Snap dog" to give it a shot. And some fries, well, because it was the right thing to do. Our drinks arrived quickly, within about five minutes, and our food came out pretty close to five minutes after that. Pretty quick, considering the size of the party going on inside. As I said earlier, the burgers were perfect and had a classic "old school" taste that brought me back to my diner days as a kid back in the 60's and 70's. Little Dude did indeed CRUSH his burger- very impressive. Must've been all that running around on the beach with me. The Snap Dog was a hit, but next time I'll be loading it up with some of the many topping choices they have. And the Fries! Crunchy and perfectly salted on the outside with all the "ooey-gooey" goodness inside that makes you remember your first French fry experience. Top Shelf Service, Quick response to food orders, and VERY Delicious memory-making food. For the locals this should be a year round dining choice and for any of the fine folks that choose to visit Virginia Beach anytime, this should be a "VACATION DESTINATION". ENJOY!!!

  No parking They/them are Too busy to keep up. $30per person you’re looking to get in. Oh and online ordering probably aint gonna work cause they suspend it when busy hence the one star. You’re welcome

  Man been eating here for 3 weeks twice a week man that damn quad smash is a beast pure sleep guaranteed coming again today soon as I clock out so keep the grill hot for me yeeet

  Went Saturday around lunchtime. It was a little too crowded for my taste, and we had to wait a bit, but the food was great. I had a hot dog and fries, and I’ll definitely be going back. It was a little loud inside, but overall it’s a great place to grab a drink and a hot dog or hamburger.

  Ordered take out at 6pm on a Monday night, two Oklahoma burgers with Goodboy sauce on the side for both and two regular fries with Goodboy sauce on the side= $44.45 with a tip….Did not receive a single Goodboy sauce on the side, the burgers didn’t have any pickles on them, the burgers were extremely dry, there was barely any grilled onions on the burgers, the fries were all stuck together and soggy, with no sauce on the side. We ordered it at 6pm and picked it up at 6:10pm and this is how our order was given to us. We are huge fans of this place and usually love their food, I was not going to leave a review until I tried to call them 3 times and they never picked up the phone. We had already left before we opened the bag not even 10min after 6:10pm because we wouldn’t think they would make and package our food like this knowing how good their restaurant usually is. Decided to take pictures and write a review while we were eating because of how extremely disappointed and upset we were and in just complete shock. So maybe do not order take out from them and only go in person because we have never had a bad experience with their food in person.
