  I visit this location only when necessary because there's one manager, a African American man who wears glasses that always has a nasty attitude. I was there on this past Friday and as I walked up to a cashier(with 3 items) who I didn't see had just turned off his light, this manager screams from at least 25 feet away at him, "YOU'RE CLOSED!" angry face and all. This is not the first time seeing this same manager be rude to staff and customers. Because of not wanting to deal with him and his negative nasty attitude, I choose to go to the other locations close by. I only go here when the others don't have what I am looking for. It's unfortunate because the other staff members are nice.

  Went to a Food Lion for the first time in a while and I remembered why I don't shop at one if I can help it. The rotisserie chicken tasted like the chicken was going bad before being cooked, sweet potato was molding in the container, and fancy looking tomatoes were bland. Don't buy fresh food here.

  I had the pleasure of being serviced by 2 wonderful ladies, Paola Rosa and Sherry. They made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. Paolo Rosa was customer service oriented, professional, knowledgeable, and most of all she showed me she cared about my customer service experience today. Sherry Did a great job of helping her, she supported her by making sure the system was OK for digital coupon and overrides when she needed a correction. Their Teamwork and communication were impeccable 😉. Thank you, ladies for giving me a great start to my busy day. Great job Paola Rosa and Sherry. This is why I shop at this Food Lion, their wonderful service and customer service experience.

  Worst Food Lion ever. Dirty and unclean store, with towels all over the floor in the dairy and frozen aisles. Self-checkouts that glitch and don't read your MVP card. Rude and unhelpful staff. What really broke it for me, was a collapsed and unwell deli employee near the self-checkouts and the store managers were just talking to her, but not getting any medical help for her. The male customer behind me in the self-checkout got very angry with one of the managers and demanded that store get medical help for the unwell deli employee. The manager kind of told him to butt out. What I saw was disturbing. I hope that deli employee got medical help. I will never set foot in this location again.
