  I attempted to purchase a cigar and presented my valid, government-issued out-of-state driver’s license. The employee with black long hair a mustache questioned my ID because it was from another state and refused the sale. I found this frustrating and confusing because a valid out-of-state driver’s license is still an acceptable form of identification for age verification in Virginia. I completely understand checking identification for tobacco purchases, but refusing a valid ID simply because another state issued it did not make sense to me.

  I have been shopping here since 2000. The staff for the most part has always been friendly. The store is clean. My only concern is when I unload my groceries at the register, run my card for payment, I have to hurry and load into my cart as three staff are hanging around this register on their phones and not one including the one who checked me out thought to assist me. It’s sad that life in the retail grocery era has come to this. What are they getting paid to do? I will be spending my money with a different company now.   Bought 20 lb of ice got to get the ice ice machine was down with cold I couldn't have in it it was in there but was Melton so I got my money back but it wasted my time and effort I could have just walked out with the dripping bags but I was told I wasn't allowed to so disappointed

  Great. Cashier was really sweet and nice. She interacted with my daughter which meant a lot to my daughter.
