  I was just there and I was checking out the cashier asked me if I wanted my soda was in the bag and I said yes she wrote her eyes at me I don't know what her name was but please have meetings about being respectful to your customers thank you

  Always a horrible experience every time! Never a cashier to check you out they seem to want you to self check out and scan $300 worth of groceries yourself! I'm sorry but do your jobs! Especially when your making disabled people check themselves out and they cant do it themselves! Not to mention there being no buggys for disabled people to use! Overall always a bad experience do better!

  They have a water fountain to fill your 5 gallon and gallon bottles.

  First time at this Food Lion, but I do frequent the Birchwood Mall Center. The signage is good from Virginia Beach Blvd. I only needed one item, but had time to browse. The store was clean and well stocked. Prices seem to be about what you would expect to pay at other stores. I tried their newer self check out and had a small hiccup, but an employee was nearby to assist. I would say a 3.5 fits them best. I would return.

  Clean. Friendly staff. Always has great produce. Best fried chicken since farm fresh went under.
