  I get in line and start to take my groceries out of the tote. I sat my box of chips and tea down on the metal part. Then I proceed to sat the rest of my groceries on the belt. There were two customers ahead of me. The cashier Caroline looks at me and ask if those were my items (box of chips and tea) I said yes those are mine. She said oh I didn't see who put them there. She seemed irritated! Mind you there's two customers ahead of me. When I get to the register she starts to ring up my items. I asked her if she could weigh my pack of ground turkey to make sure that it was a pound. She pauses takes a breath grabs it and rings it up. Then she grabs my second pack of ground turkey so fast rings it up and puts it in a bag. I wanted her to weigh it too but being seeing that she already seemed irritated I didn't say anything. She was putting my groceries in bags like she was over it. When she finised ringing up my groceries she asks me if I had put in my mvp number and I said that I already did. She said that the register messed up and asks me for my number. I noticed I hadn't pushed the credit button so i pushed it and i told her that it said please wait. I was trying to tell her that it may have been because I had to push the credit button but she continues calling me sweetie in a sarcastic tone and asking me for my number. At this point I've had enough of her moving her hand and talking to me rudely. I said stop calling me sweetie. Then she tries to make a seen and says very loudly (I have a customer that needs a manager). I never asked for a manager. I was about to leave all the groceries right there but then I thought I'll jusr take my groceries and walk over to a different register. The manager comes over and finished my transaction. He was very understanding and never raised his voice. She walked away still talkig and making a scene near customer service. Caroline, blonde hair with a bang curly shoulder length hair) needs to find another job because she doesn't seem to like what she's doing. I've been a customer of this store for years and this was my 1st time ever seeing her.

  Thanks for a wonderful shopping experience . Staff was great and found some snacks and lunch items which was goal of stopping. Mission accomplished.

  What can I say about your employee Aric?? ALOT! He’s kind, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I could go on and on! I’m here 4-5 days a week for work and my mood always lifts when I see Aric behind the counter! It’s to the point he’s family. He can tell if I’m having a bad day and is always there to give me a quick pick me up hug and for someone who doesn’t have to care about customers like this, he simply has to do his job, he goes above and beyond! I truly hope Food Lion knows what they have in him; as a general manager myself, employees like him are few and far between! Keep up the great work Aric!
