- AGAyşe Gencer5 days ago1.0We ordered cheeseburgers and fries for delivery. Unfortunately, the food arrived in terrible condition. The burger buns were wet and soggy from the moisture, and the fries were completely soft. The packaging was even worse. The fries weren’t even put in a container — they were just thrown directly into the bag, with napkins and the burgers placed on top. Everything was messy when we opened the bag. Very disappointing and definitely not worth the price. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Then while ordering he was rude, and had a bad attitude. You can tell it’s a teen who hates his life - but this is still a job, grow up. Atmosphere; the place was small, there’s seats right on top of the line which make for awkward interactions. And one of the soda machines had no CO2, I feel like that belongs here. Food, this LOCATION specifically: Burgers were good. It’s the fries. I paid $9 for a large, and as per five guys business model they’re supposed to overload the bag. This time, it’s now a small brown paper bag (no cups) and was probably the same amount as an old sized small. Or is this at every five guys location? Either way, as an overall package, would come to this location again.
