The cold brew is what keeps me coming back — smooth, no bitterness, doesn’t need much doctoring. I appreciate coffee that’s just done right without a lot of fuss.
I’ll usually grab something off the menu to go with it, whatever looks good that day — never a bad pairing, never overthought.
What really stands out is the crew. Genuinely friendly, quick with a smile, and they move fast without ever feeling rushed. That kind of consistency, both in the drink and the service, is what makes a place worth returning to
“Juic Box,” I actually go to this same location pretty regularly myself — it’s close to where I work too, so I’m in there a few times a week most weeks. I read through your review and I do sympathize, because getting your order wrong over and over again is genuinely annoying, especially when it’s something as simple as a vanilla latte. Nobody wants to pay for a drink they didn’t order and then just choke it down because they don’t want to hold up the line. I get that.
That said, a few things in your post stood out to me and didn’t quite line up with what I’ve experienced. You mention that you’re not the type to make a fuss — that you’d rather just drive off and drink whatever you got, wrong or not, especially if there’s a line behind you. But then a few lines later, you say with total confidence that every single person you’ve ordered from has been new. I’m just not sure how you’d know that for certain if you’re not sticking around to actually talk to them or ask. Same goes for calling the staff “endlessly polite” — that’s a fairly detailed impression to have of people you’re actively trying to avoid engaging with. Those two things feel like they’re pulling in different directions.
For what it’s worth, my own experience has been pretty much the opposite. Every time I’ve gone through, whoever’s at the window has been genuinely friendly — the kind of polite where they remember little things, say thank you like they mean it, and seem to actually enjoy the interaction rather than just going through the motions. And my order has been correct basically every single time, down to small modifications I make. On top of that, the line moves fast — I’m rarely waiting more than a few minutes even when it’s busy. So from where I’m standing, this doesn’t read like a location with a systemic training or management problem; it reads more like something specific might be going wrong with your particular orders.
I also want to gently push back on the leap to “the manager needs to be fired.” I hear you that it’s frustrating, but turnover alone doesn’t automatically mean bad management, and from what I’ve seen, this crew seems well-trained, not under-trained. Sometimes it’s a high-volume location, sometimes modifiers get misheard through the drive-thru speaker, sometimes the ticket printer or POS garbles something before it even reaches whoever’s making the drink. None of that excuses repeated mistakes, but it’s a pretty big jump to go from “my drink has been wrong for five months” straight to “fire the manager” without more information about what’s actually causing it — especially when other regulars, like me, aren’t seeing the same pattern.
I’m not trying to defend the store if they really are dropping the ball for you specifically — that wouldn’t be okay either. I just think if you spoke up in the moment, even something quick like “hey, this isn’t quite right,” it would probably get resolved faster than writing it up after the fact. It’d also help them figure out if something specific to your order is getting lost in translation. Just my two cents as someone who’s in there just as often as you are, and who’s had a pretty different experience.
Ive been a very frequent customer to this location in particular since its so close to BOTH my jobs. Every drink ive received, for the last 5 months, has been incorrect. Im not the type of person to make a fuss and have the kids in drive thru remake it, especially if there are people behind me, so ill drive away and drink it even if i hate it. Even if its the wrong drink. But it has seriously gotten to a point where i can order the simplest thing on the menu, per say a vanilla latte, and it will Be Incorrect.
Im not going to say its the employees fault, when it isnt. Every single person ive spoken to in drive thru has been a new person. Every single time.
The management at this location is clearly poor enough to the point new hires are brought in, NOT TRAINED PROPERLY, and then quit/fired!! Whoever is in charge of this location needs to make a serious change. Its genuinely disappointing, especially when the employees ive spoken to have been endlessly polite.
You have to train your employees properly if you expect them to PERFORM their job properly. Its not difficult. Get rid of the manager at this location and get someone new.

Encountered a great young lady a few evenings ago while getting my caffeine fix. She was extremely kind and courteous. After the last experience I had with a male employee with colored hair, I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism of this young lady. I wish I had asked her name to make sure her employers know she really takes care of the customers. Even though at first I thought she was a kid lol Kudos Dunkin.
