My toddler can do that with ease but a grown adult cannot?!?! Would not recommend this Dunkin’, this is not the first time this has happened with this location!
- JGJesse GazurMay 2, 20261.0I had a pretty disappointing experience today. I ordered a large mocha latte, and when I received it, the cup was only filled about 5/8 of the way. At first I thought it might’ve just been an oversight, so I politely asked if they could top it off a bit more. Instead of fixing it, the staff laughed and told me, “that’s as full as we fill them,” followed by a quick “sorry.” What makes this more frustrating is that I visit Dunkin regularly, including this location, and I’ve never had an issue like this before. That’s why this experience stood out even more. It wasn’t just about the drink being underfilled, it was the dismissive attitude that really did it for me! When you’re paying for a large, you expect to actually get a full cup, or at least to be treated respectfully when you bring it up. This visit was a big letdown compared to what I’ve come to expect, and I hope they take customer service a little more seriously moving forward.

I have zero clue what they could be doing to make it take this long, its insane. Corporate needs to investigate this place in afternoon

They poisoned my food because I asked why there were more than two people taking my order. In a very disrespectful manner, the young girl ignored my question. The owner of the restaurant is in a bad situation.
