- FEFrancina Harrison, The Career Engineer1 day ago5.0Had the best customer service and care from three of your team members the other day: Tamara, Layla, and Ayden, who filled my order with excellent service, great smiles, uplifting attitudes, and were very professional. In a service world loaded with A.I. robots and high-tech, it was nice to receive some "high-touch human" customer service when I popped in for my weekly Dunkin' treats. When you have great team members like this, I hope management will take care of them, especially in today's work environment.
- GGGuy4 days ago1.0Trash customer service. Really annoying experience. Before I even paid, the guy goes, “Oh, well, before you pay, I have a question,” then shoves a tip screen in my face. Basically putting me on the spot to tip for handing food out a drive-thru window. I declined, then noticed my bacon portion was short. Maybe coincidence, but it definitely left a bad impression. To honestly push or expect a tip while you’re in an air-conditioned building handing coffee and donuts out a window is insane to me.

- MWMax WrightJun 25, 20261.0I'm really disappointed in this Dunkin. This makes about the third time they messed up my order since starting to go here a month ago. When I asked them to remake it, they gave me less of my drink in my cup than when I first got it, even though I only took a sip. This is horrible service on top of the fact that the cashier was standoffish the entire time. I get that food service is rough, I know it was kind of a busy time, however as someone who also works in customer service and has to smile through the rough days. I am just frustrated that these mistakes continue to happen and then I get poor customer service on top of that? I can deal with mistakes if I have good customer service from the staff, I can even deal with bad customer service if you at least get my order right, but you can't do both. I usually don't go out of my way to write reviews, but I am very upset that I keep giving yall a chance and waste money for bad quality food/drink and service. I at least wanted to warn the general community that this store has a mixture of both bad customer service and consistently making mistakes. I'd be happy to revisit my review if these issues are addressed. Until then, I'm done patroning here and it's one star.

If there are more than five people in the drive thru the whole operation crashes out. Just this morning I saw three employees completely freeze when someone asked to change their order because they had been waiting for a long time to pick it up. Normally I'd say that is on the employees, but it is becoming more clear that this is a management problem. If you have a better option, take it.
