  Gave me a burned bagel plus although I’m there every weekend on my way to work forgot my senior discount even though I had stated it. Tried to bite the bagel but was very ashy, so brought back as I had time before work to be replaced. Replacement was better but still not good. I’m there every weekend I work for this particular family. Sometimes the bagels seem old, I don’t know. My niece used to work there and said everything was baked fresh in the morning. I’m thinking it’s not that way anymore.

  Food and drinks were great as always, but window people need to have a better personality and smile or something.

  Lobby was locked on 3/27 at breakfast time. Customer let us in to a packed crowd. Promptly told my management that they were not taking anymore customers. If I could give less stars I would.
