- GSGabriela SSep 5, 20261.0We have been buying dunking donuts for YEARS since this is my daughter’s favorite treat after piano class. We were wrongfully charged for 3 donuts after only ordering 1. To get a refund they force you to get out of the drive through and in the store (very inconvenient if you have a young child). We were made to wait until ALL the drive through cars were helped. I complained stating I was ahead of all those cars and the TWO girls there said they would first help the costumers in the drive through and then work on our refunds. Eventually they just ignored us after I told them this was not fair as other cars kept showing up and we had been waiting so we decided to leave as neither of them were going to help us until they had no other costumers. We spoke to management and they told us we could go back another refund… the SAME girl was there and when she saw I ordered the usual donut for my daughter she smirked and said she had never heard I would get a refund and told me again I had to get out of the car as she smirked to the other girl with her. Honestly I don’t care about the charge for 3 donuts (I even threw away the donut we bought today because of the vibe she gave me)… I was more interested in how the company was going to manage this. We ended up going down the street to try the new Korean donuts and WE LOVED THEM! We will now on spend the money at a new store and I was happy to find a delicious coffee! From bad encounters something very good came out of it, I’m just disappointed Dunkin’ Donuts has become a low end store with bad service :/

I went in today to get a gift card and to purchase a drink and I tried to get the free refresher through the app the manager went up and Beyond to try to get the deal to go through. I will definitely be returning to this store the staff is Simply Amazing.
