  Staff was very unprofessional. I had ordered avocado toast and they told me they didn’t have any avocado—okay so I got something else. I waited for five or six minutes hearing them in the back talking loud and laughing only to find they weren’t even making my order. They were goofing off. The manager was very hands off and looked like he didn’t want to be there. But for the time I waited and the money that I paid, the food was mediocre. I won’t be coming back.

  Went through the drive through, it was a bit of a hassle getting in the line due to the really messed up parking lot, dodging pot holes to get up to the speaker box only to wait a good 2 minutes before someone came on and said anything, was extremely hard to hear the person but I had a mobile order so I was sent straight to the window, waited at the window to be acknowledged for another good 5 minutes, the drink amazing I ordered a large iced Oreo matcha. Seemed like the gentleman running the drive thru was by himself maybe that’s why it took a little to get to me but I understand. Maybe they were understaffed when I came in, but other than the time and hassle the products were good

  It has been some weeks now since this has happened. I did the survey right away, the response team and I have been communicating but the manager of the store never contacted me as response team requested. The situation is the worker is using his hand with the cups to scoop the ice. That's cross contamination. The ice scooper were up lying on the counter instead of in the ice scooper holder on the ice bin. I asked the guy why didn't he use the ice scooper? Straight attitude and kept shaking his head no at me. I was like that is what the ice scooper is for, not your hands. What is so disturbing is He did it with ease, this is something he does on the regular....he is not at home! Who knows what is being done or not properly food safe handled. Thank but I don't want a free doughnut, I want you guys to do as you are trained to do, follow the safe food handling processes. Act as everyday is an inspection. Make it a habit to follow rules and regulations stop being nasty and lazy... this is how you make people sick, skipping steps in the process.

  I come here at least once a week for years. I get it on the way to an appt. I get extra large hot coffee. WELL today I got a large cup and was told by very confused employees that they changed cups. So same price, smaller cups. Definitely not an extra large. I get it the same way everytime. Yet it hasn't been the same the last 3x. Still teaching new ones I guess. Disappointed.
