- PHpaula perez holguin4 days ago1.0My husband went to this location, extend his arm to grab his drink and the young black chick freaked out and yelled at him to stay in the car until she is ready. My husband understood but the interaction after that was just mean and rude. We came back unfortunately and the line was 4 cars and took more than 20 minutes to the first car to even get his order take. We left. We would never come back. Management is careless and employees mean.

Went through the drive through and stated I had an online order. Was told to pull back around in 2 minutes because they needed time to make my food. (With a nasty attitude) Not okay. I asked if there was a manager in when I pulled to the window. was told no- go figure. I then stated that made sense because if there was a manager on site, they would most definitely not be acting like this to people. One of the young girls came to the window and told me that they “make a lot of money” at this location. As if that had any relevance to anything that had just happened. At least 4 young kids that had attitudes towards me.. never had I ever experienced anything like this at Dunkin with years of going. Do better Dunkin!

We ordered and they did not even put any caramel in my husbands large coffee. We ordered through the mobile app, so it's not like they could have forgotten. It's typed on the little sticker.
- MHMelanie HottJul 25, 20261.0Worst dunkin. I usually stop at this location cause it's on the way to work. This morning I got my normal triple mocha chiller with extra mocha and a snack. They charged me for the extra mocha but didn't put it in my drink and then when I went to pay thur drive thur the guy said something about their machine is messed up asked if he could swipe my card himself so okay sure stuff happens. Then I get a notification from my bank my card was charged TWICE. I call the store manager was very rude and told me not their problem and I would have to call my bank. Like excuse me ur worker charged my card twice and it's my problem okay............. DO BETTER NEED NEW MANAGEMENT
- GGGigiJul 1, 20261.0Now look at this latte and let me know if you think they put espresso in it 😭😭 It tasted like nothing but milk and sugar. I ended up going to work and using the coffee as creamer for the basic coffee we have at work.. Also, the lady with the red braids, who i’m assuming was the one in charge shouldn’t publicity talk down on her employees while customers are there. Fix in private. I would’ve said something about my “latte” but I didn’t want to complain and have them get in trouble. Hell she might’ve talked down on me for complaining 😭 The building itself was very clean tho. But the “latte” was absolutely ridiculous lmfaoo. $8+ for nothing but creamer basically.
