  Now look at this latte and let me know if you think they put espresso in it 😭😭 It tasted like nothing but milk and sugar. I ended up going to work and using the coffee as creamer for the basic coffee we have at work.. Also, the lady with the red braids, who i’m assuming was the one in charge shouldn’t publicity talk down on her employees while customers are there. Fix in private. I would’ve said something about my “latte” but I didn’t want to complain and have them get in trouble. Hell she might’ve talked down on me for complaining 😭 The building itself was very clean tho. But the “latte” was absolutely ridiculous lmfaoo. $8+ for nothing but creamer basically.

  I have never been to a dunken donuts and the door says they are opened at 5am but yet when I get here doors are locked the lady wont unlock door I drive dump truck for living I cannot bring my dumptruck thru the drive thru I stood outside for bout 20 min to try and get this girls attention and she flat out said she wasn't unlocking door this will be the last time I come to this dunken donuts if hours on door say one thing make sure u are open dont just serve the drive thru its not like I was gonna order a big order to begin with smh Needless to say dont go to this one any other time I been here I had no problem goin inside but today it was an issue for got k own what reason same girl serves me everytime too smh

  Order thru app ...got to store 20 minutes later stood at counter for 10-15 waiting on order then was told they did not have the item I ordered. Ask for a refund told me to give them card. I did not use a card used Google pay was told to go thru Google app to get it asked for help to do that and it couldn't be done. They then told me to come back tomorrow morning. Obviously I should've read reviews as this place has numerous customer service issues. Won't be back. Dunkin can just continue to pay employees to run their business in to the ground.

  i always come to this location and have NEVER had an issue at all. however, today was something else lol. i go to the drive thru and off rip this young lady had an attitude with me while repeating back my order. i then go to the window and tell her is apple pay and she’s too busy talking to another employee and doesn’t have the screen turned to my face for to tap my card… i had to keep turning my body at a certain angle to pay. weird but ok. and after asking for light ice i get my drink filled to the brim with ice. even while handing my drink she doesn’t say have a nice day or says anything really, just hands me my drink. i turn around to fix my drink and i tell her hey this was supposed to be light ice. she goes back, “fixes” my drink, and hands me a cup with literally FIVE ICE cubes in it, and with WATER when the dunkin zero is supposed to have SPARKLING water. and im a part time barista i know what light ice looks like, she obviously had a problem with me coming back and tried to be funny. i go back a third time and has someone else fix my drink in total. this is most likely my last time ever coming here because the disrespect and service was absurd. i would never play with someone’s food like that EVER… YOU chose this job, YOU need to fix your attitude. i’m never the type to complain to a manager and it’s rare for me to leave bad reviews but this was extremely agitating.

  730 am Friday. Ordered and was told couldn’t break a 100 yet. Okay? Fine. I told him I’d be right back and would go break it at Burger King. Go to burger king and get my youngest something to break it. Only bills I had, payday. No problem there, break it and send my daughter over on foot to buy her food I know they already made, because he had it at the window but couldn’t break the bill. I pull out front and see she is still at the register, no one coming to help. I wait and come inside and told her, I’m pretty sure they had it ready we just need to pay. When daughter turned around, a Short haired woman came up in front of her to the register and an employee comes back. She’s asking for a refund because no avocado toast and they’re all gonna act like my kid wasn’t just there for five minutes? I asked about her order we had made since we hadn’t got to pay due to the hundred. She told me they don’t break 100s. I told her he said they didn’t have change, which is it? If it was the policy, then I woulda seen it somewhere. She said it didn’t matter, either way they didn’t have enough this morning. Naw, I’m out. I told the woman she cut in line and she said she didn’t. My daughter replied that she did. The worker defended her, as if ANYONE had been up there to see anything prior. Yea, not spending my money at this dunkin ever again. Should have stuck to our regular one at independence. Driving all the way back there, because where you spend your money counts more than ever these days. Hope the short haired lady has the day she deserves, btw.
