I really hate to be difficult. Its been a while since I have ordered delivery. So I decided to order the Hawaiian pizza, which I have had plenty of times..It wasn't what I am accustomed to...I lost my appetite after one slice..Didnt taste fresh,Dry,spiced weirdly .never experienced that My delivery was cash and my driver didnt have change which I thought was presumptuous and rude .I cant help but feel dissapointed.Lame.

I waited a whole 2 hours for food that was barely warm and sucked!

A few weeks ago I stopped by my local Dominoes on Mill Dam road to buy several pizzas for $9.99 each as advertised on their TV ad. Imagine my surprise when they tried to charge me $12 more than the advertised price. The manager said the advertised price was for online orders only. This was not communicated in the TV ad. In my opinion charging me more was wrong and downright evil. Seniors like myself (I am 76 yo) were never trained on how to use the web. I could get someone to help me order but I do not know enough about computers to prevent someone from using my Domino’s app to download a virus or malware. I do not understand how you can justify charging senior citizens with no computer training a higher price for your pizzas. We are the generation that taught you and your parents in school, coached your athletic teams, and. fought to preserve your freedoms. When I made a formal complaint Dominos responded by showing a disclaimer which they claimed was part of the ad. It was not. Perhaps they thought that if they couldn’t overcharge the old man they could at least gaslight him. Please share this post with your friends. If enough people are as outraged as me and express their outrage perhaps the executives at Dominoes will grow hearts.

Had a completely avoidable mishap in service today. Ordered online, got the notification that my order was ready, waited another five minutes just to ensure it was actually ready, went into the restaurant and saw one of the workers slicing what I believe was one item from my order. I proceeded to tell the cashier (older woman wearing glasses on June 15, 2026, around 6pm) my name and she told me my order wasn't ready and it may take another ten minutes. Another customer overheard our exchange and pointed out that my name was actually on the monitor and the status indicated "ready." The cashier starts looking all over, second guesses me and asks me about the status on my app, I show her my name on the monitor and state my full name. She then presents my order after a few more rounds of treasure hunting. The order was sitting there from when I basically stepped in...no apology tendered, no explanation given, no nothing really. Omw out, I then remembered that most Domino's locations tend to ask for the last 4 digits of your mobile number as a measure of control and this could've easily been a way to mitigate against such an embarrassing fiasco. Staff should try to stick to training and steps of service; they're there for a reason.

Ordered lunch today and was disappointed with the experience. I ordered 2 sauces with my pizza, but they were missing. I also requested the pizza be well done, yet half of it was undercooked. Hoping for better consistency next time. :(
