  I know they are doing the best with what they have but this location is under funded understaffed in. They are doing the best with what they have almost seems like they’re being set up for failure came from the Chesapeake area and the store on Eden Road with better staff and more efficient than this location. This location is several minutes away from my home and takes forever to come and the quality could be a little bit better but I know that that is just based off of training please take more care in the quality and stuff that you have to make it better.

  I don’t live to far from this location so I always order. Well today I called to place my remake order and the manager (Diamond) was absolutely rude. This location is never organized. They have attitudes all the time. The food is never on time and it’s always thrown together in the box. This location needs to be shut down. Until they can truly get staff in there that will do the job correctly. This location will never receive my money again. Diamond needs to be fired immediately.

  Ordered my food on the app @ 10p. The store called me at 12:30am saying they’re going to have to cancel the order. I ended up falling asleep anyways trying to wait for them. Won’t order from here again

  Order at 10:03 still haven’t revived my food at 12:40 it’s wensday no way u where that busy when I called the store I was greated with an automated voice that kept going until the line said u where closed there was no way to call to recieve a refund or cancel order online finally after several attempts to try to reach someone I was able to make a case online with customer service chat ai i will assume and then my order magically said being made and now out for delivery but the driver is in the same spot for over 30 minutes with my delivery time being pushed back minutes before u close so I’m wondering will I ever recieve my pizza for well over $30 I spent
