  DQ at Kempsville was horrible today. Drove up to the drive thru and waited at least 5min with no one saying anything at all. We checked google to make sure it was still open as we got there at 7pm, well they didn’t close until 11pm and there was no one in sight. We drove up to the window and stayed there for a few minutes and nothing. We finally were driving off and seen 3 girls sitting in the back just staring at us as we drove by. Worst location. Don’t go there.
